What is the MACSL Technique™?

The MACSL Technique™ is a proprietary system of manual therapy designed to support lymphatic movement, circulation, and recovery through precise, structured application.

Developed through clinical experience and practical application, MACSL integrates:

This method is designed for integration into professional practice settings including massage therapy and physical therapy environments.

Program Structure

Total Certification Requirement: 32 Hours
Delivered across 4 workshops (8 hours each)

Level 1 – Foundations of MACSL (8 Hours)

  • Introduction to MACSL methodology

  • Lymphatic system principles (practical application focus)

  • Foundational hands-on techniques

  • Safety, contraindications, and scope awareness

Level 2 – Functional Application (8 Hours)

  • Targeted lymphatic techniques

  • Circulation-focused treatment strategies

  • Sports recovery applications

  • Structuring effective treatment flow

Level 3 – Advanced Integration (8 Hours)

  • Pre- and post-procedural protocols

  • Application for inflammation and recovery support

  • Integrating MACSL with existing modalities

  • Client-specific customization

Level 4 – Clinical Mastery & Certification (8 Hours)

  • Full-session execution and refinement

  • Case-based treatment design

  • Practical evaluation

  • Final certification assessment

Who This Program Is For

This program is designed for qualified professionals, including:

  • Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT)

  • Physical Therapists (PT/DPT)

  • Professionals actively enrolled in accredited continuing education programs in these fields

Certification Requirements

To be awarded MACSL Certification™, participants must:

  • Complete all 4 levels (32 total hours)

  • Successfully pass the final practical assessment

  • Provide proof of professional credentials (license or active education status)

  • Be employed by, or own, a legally operating massage therapy or physical therapy practice at the time of certification
